To Install the Intel Pro100 Network driver
1. On the Windows desktop, right-click on the My Computer icon and
choose Manage.
2. From the tree, click Device Manager.
3. In the view on the right, select Network Adapters and expand the tree.
4. Left-click Intel 82559... and select Properties.
5. Select the Driver tab.
6. Click Update Driver.
7. Click Next when the Update Hardware Wizard displays.
8. Select Search for a suitable device driver and click Next.
9. Select Floppy Disk Drive only and click Next.
10. Click Next.
11. Click Finish.
12. Close the window.
13. Remove the floppy from the drive and close the Intel 82557 window.
Installing the Logitech
Mouse Driver
You must install this driver if you have the Logitech or Compaq mouse.
To install the Logitech mouse driver
1. Put the Drivers CD into the CD-ROM drive.
2. From the main menu, click Browse CD.
3. Browse to the \win2000\compaq\system\logitech folder.
4. Double-click on the Setup.exe file.
5. Choose English and click OK to choose Setup Language box.
6. Click Next in the Choose Destination Location window.
7. Click Next in the Select Program Folder, and the software installs.
8. Select Ye s, restart and then click Finish.
9. Log into the workstation.
10. Click Ye s to configure the device and follow the instructions to configure
the mouse to your needs.
